Description of Membership Classes Please note that not all adult day service providers are members of PADSA. If you cannot find an adult day services provider near you in these listings, you may check with your local Area Agency on Aging. Provider Member - Organization or individual involved in the provision of adult day service. Requires licensure from the PA Dept. of Aging or the PA Dept. of Public Welfare, Office of MH/MR. Provider members with more than one location shall have one membership with multiple mailing addresses. To join, click here. Nonprovider Member - Any person who is interested in the purpose of adult day service and the Association. Theses members shall have all rights of membership including voting and holding office. To join, click here. AAA Member - Any AAA of Pennsylvania. If the AAA is providing adult day service, the membership must be a provider membership for the center. To join, click here. Supportive Member - Any person, organization, facility or agency interested in the field of adult day services and the Association. These members shall have all rights of membership except those of voting and holding office.
